Dressing Ingredients:
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions for Dressing:
- In blender, add garlic, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper on low speed until combined.
Crouton Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 5 thick slices of French bread
Directions for Croutons:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the bread into cubes and put in medium-sized bowl.
- Add in the garlic and olive oil until combined.
- Spread out on baking sheet until golden brown (10 minutes).
Salad Ingredients:
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- Pepper to taste
Directions for Salad:
- Wash and cut lettuce and set in ice bath.
- in a large bowl add the lettuce, Parmigiano cheese, pepper, the croutons, and dressing until combined.
