Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup salted melted butter
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup gluten-free flour (Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 baking flour)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, add the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, pure vanilla extract and mix until combined. Add in eggs and mix until fully combined.
- In medium-sized bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder until combined.
- Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Grease a 8×8 square baking pan.
- Pour the batter into the 8×8 baking pan.
- Baking for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove brownies and let them cool for 10 minutes.
