Gluten-Free Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup salted melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free flour (Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 baking flour)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, add the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, pure vanilla extract and mix until combined. Add in eggs and mix until fully combined.
  • In medium-sized bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder until combined.
  • Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  • Grease a 8×8 square baking pan.
  • Pour the batter into the 8×8 baking pan.
  • Baking for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove brownies and let them cool for 10 minutes.
